The First Thanksgiving

In the autumn of 1621 and with no other ships arriving to Plymouth after the Mayflower, the 53 surviving pilgrims celebrated their first successful harvest in the plantation. It was a moment to rejoice on the blessings bestowed on their hard work and the offerings of the land.
